Looking back to the time when they were not part of OCTA, Roy says:

"We were much more dependent on third parties for the supply of medicines. There was little opportunity for interaction, and we often did not hear until quite late that some products were not available."

"Since we became part of OCTA, that has changed. Firstly, the short lines of communication between the different departments ensure clear communication and allow us to respond quickly. We work together, focused on processes to continuously optimize the quality of our overall service. As a group, we have more strength. What I notice directly in my work is that the certainty of being able to supply medicines to healthcare institutions has significantly improved. This allows us to find suitable alternative medications in a timely manner when necessary."
